KSM Yoga Day

“Yoga, embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment, harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being.”
June 21st has been declared as the “International Yoga Day” by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 2014. From this year KSM will celebrate Yoga day and conduct a Yoga session by en experienced trainer.
This year’s KSM yoga day will be on June 17th Sunday.
Kid’s session starts at 10.30 and for adults it will be at 12.45. The sessions last 90 minutes each.
